Deena finds enjoyment in giving back to her community by promoting healthy activities. With some of her free time she enjoys running and cycling with a group, or solo. Deena believes in group setting to help inspire and support each other. Spin class has been one of her favorite classes to lead a group in, and likes to encourage her students to push beyond their comfort zone.She motivates her class by playing genres that range from pop, dance, remixes, rock, and mashups. She has been certified by Mad Dog Athletics INC as a spin instructor since 2011, and also is certified in UGI, and Barre Above.
Elizabeth aka Ebiz, enjoys spending her free time challenging herself to meet new fitness goals. She is a 3 time Ironman finisher who also happens to be a Boston Marathoner. She also enjoys playing softball as a team sport. Ebiz inspires her friends, and the people she surrounds to tap into their full fitness potential. Ebiz was certified by Mad Dog Athletites and has been instructing Spin class since 2006. What she offers in her Spin class is a invigorating workout filled with a plethora of genres ranging from 80's to mashups, and music that will make you push the pedal.
Coral started her fitness coaching with TRX Training in 2013. A few years later she became a certified SPINNING® instructor and has taught at various studios before joining us here at Body in Harmony. She loves to create challenging and motivating classes fueled by rhythmic music that will keep you moving and make you sweat. Her classes are accessible to riders at any level.
Susie loves the outdoors. She enjoys fishing, canoeing, gardening, and hiking with her dog. Susie is certified in Piyo, Pound, Power Pilates, Peak Pilates, and Spin. She is very dedicated to continuing her education in classes to encourage a healthy active life style. Susie takes great joy in making her classes fun and upbeat, at the same time encouraging you to push beyond your comfort zone with a smile on her face. What Susie brings to all her classes is encouragement for students to honor their bodies, and meet themselves at their own personal level of fitness.
I started my exercise journey by leading group fitness classes at Keene State College and through personal training at the Keene Family YMCA. I've taught, a variety of classes ranging from high intensity boot camp to working with active older adults. I have experience as a health mentor and personal trainer for clients of all different backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels. With a BA in psychology and my experience in fitness, I found that in order to treat your mind you need treat your body and vise versa.
Allison treats fitness as a lifestyle for overall health & wellbeing for the body and mind.
She holds her lifetime Spinning®️ Certification through Maddox Athletics, Group Fitness through NETA as well as TRX & Barre.
When not instructing classes or doing sales for her full time job, you’ll often find her out fitting in a hike somewhere any time of year. Allison also volunteers in trail maintenance over on Mount Monadnock.
Martha Missale is a life long resident of the Brattleboro area and presently lives in Vernon. She's married with 4 children. She has always been interested in fitness but after her last child she decided to take it a step further become a personal trainer and instructor. She is currently certified in HIIT training (hight intensity interval training), Boot Camp, TRX and SPIN. She has taught many fitness classes in area studios and encourages people of every fitness level not to be intimidated of fitness and movement. She also has a background in Nutrition which is a added benefit for her clients. Her love is group fitness, which she says, can be so motivational for people. Understanding fitness levels, she will tailor classes to meet everyone's needs. In her spare time she loves to bike outside, hike and spend quality time preparing healthy meals for her and her family.
